Nestle’sPricing Paying Off

Last quarter I wrote about Nestle’s multi version pricing strategy.  The recent quarter earnings from Nestle continues to show increase in margins from price increases., specifically the pet food segment.

Despite the tough economic times, consumers weren’t deterred by Nestlé’s price increases, which helped lift the pet-care division’s profit margin by more than a percentage point to 15.7%.

That is effective price management.
